Fixed prices. Online bookings. Fewer quotes.
Booking and scheduling software for UK tradespeople. Put your services online at set prices, let customers book a time that suits your diary, and get paid by card or bank transfer.

Less time on the phone, more time on the job
Hours lost to quotes and price questions
Every "how much would it be?" is a call, a visit or an email before you know if the job's worth having.
Software built for somewhere else
Dollars, US spelling and no idea about VAT or bank transfers, on a booking page your customers give up on.
How it works
Price your services once
Say what's included, how long it takes and what it costs, with options such as "front and back" that add to both.
Share your booking page
Send the link, add it to your website or put it on your van. Customers enter their postcode and see your prices and free times.
They book, you're paid
The job lands in your diary, you both get the details, and the invoice can go out the moment it's done.
What you get
Prices before anyone picks up the phone
Services with set prices, options and what's included, on a booking page customers can use on their phone.
Drag a job into a gap
A planner that shows everyone's free time. Drop a job in and it's checked as you drag. Regular customers can move with every later visit, and there's undo if you change your mind.
Ask for it in words
Tell the assistant "move Ann's clean to Friday morning" or "write a description for gutter clearing". Every change waits for you to press Confirm.
Built for UK trades
Pounds, VAT on invoices, your bank details and due dates, British English and 24-hour times.
Paid your way
Bank transfer, cards through your own Stripe account, deposits when they book, or a saved card charged when the job's done. Your customers pay you, not us.
Regular customers, sorted
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits with their own discount, booked ahead for you.
Estimates they can book from
Send a price and the customer picks a time from it. No back and forth.
A team when you need one
People, skills, areas and rounds, and a calendar link for each person's phone.
Simple prices, never per person
Every plan has unlimited bookings and customers, the booking page, estimates, invoices, card payments and the planner. Pay yearly and get two months free.

Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They book with their postcode and email, and manage the booking from the link we send them.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. Customers pay you directly. If you take cards, Stripe charges its usual fee on your own account.
Do I have to be a My Local Pro member?
No. Workbench works for any tradesperson. Verified Pro members pay half.
Can I bring my customers with me?
Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, and export your customers, jobs and payments whenever you like.
What if a job needs a quote?
Set that service to take requests or quote requests instead of bookings, or send an estimate the customer can book from.
What happens to my customers' data?
It's yours. You can download everything held about a customer, or erase it if they ask. The assistant stays off until you turn it on.
Spend less time pricing jobs and more time doing them.
